  Neil and Mike Purcell installed a tile floor in our main bathroom. They did not pay cement board down and installed the tile directly to our subfloor. The tile is cracking because the adhesive is crumbling underneath. I have true to call Neil several time with no call back from him. Mike Purcell no longer goes by that name he is now known as Jamie Adams Somervell a female. I have text her several times and she refuses to respond. Our tile flooring has to be torn out and replaced. Never use them again. They are liable for the damage even though they warranted their work for several months because the tile was Not properly installed. Since they refuse to respond I will get a attorney.
